Dates Pudding
Ingredients:
Dates – 10(chop)
Sugar – 2 spoons
Vanilla essence – 1tsp
Egg – 1
Milk – ¼ cup
Butter – 1 tsp
Method
Soak dates overnight in 1 cup of water and cut into small pieces
Then take vessel add 1 egg and sugar ,mix well .
Then add essence,butter ,milk, dates and mix well.
Stir for 3 -4 minutes and pour into mould
bake the pudding on 180°C for 20 mins
