Healthy Parsley Puri with raw mango chutney

Ingredients: 
For the dough 
Wheat flour 2 ½ cups 
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp 
Cumin powder 1 tsp 
Butter 1 cup 
Green chilli paste 1 tsp 
Curd ¼ cup 
Boiled parsley paste ¼ cup 
Oil for frying 

For the chutney 
Raw mangoes 2 
Tomatoes 2 
Red chilli powder ½ tsp 
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp 
Green chilli paste 1 tsp 
Oil 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 

Method: 
• In a bowl add wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, butter, green chilli paste, curd, boiled parsley paste and knead into dough. 
• Set the dough aside and let it rest for 10 minutes. 
• Make small dumpling-like portions of the dough. 
• Roll them out like puris. 
• Deep fry them in hot oil and drain them on a sheet of tissue paper. 
• To prepare chutney, peel and dice the raw mangoes 
• Dice the tomatoes, add the raw mangoes and puree 
• Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, oil, salt and red chilli powder and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. 
• Serve hot Parsley Puris with the chutney.
