Maa Laddu Recipe

Ingredients
1. Pottukadalai – 2 Cups
2. Sugar – 1 Cup
3. Ghee – 3/4 to 1 Cup
4. Green Cardamom – 8

Method 
1. Grind together the green cardamom seeds, fried dal, and sugar to a fine powder.
2. Warm the ghee till it melts.
3. Mix the ghee a little at a time with the powdered ingredients till it is crumbly (but not wet) in texture.
4. Divide the mix into 12 to 16 equal portions.
5. Grease your palms with a little ghee.
6. Press each portion into a tight laddu.
7. Store in an air-tight container.
