Bread omelette street food

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 2

  • Fine chopped onions: ¼ cup

  • Fine chopped Tomatos: 2 tblsp

  • Mint chutney -3 tblsp

  • Cheese slice -1

  • Salt

  • Oil

  • Bread pieces: 2

Onion Masala:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add onions and sauté till well browned.

  3. Add tomatoes and saute.

  4. Add salt,chilli powder,garam masala powder.

  5. Switch of the flame

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs,salt

  2. Whisk them gently.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil at medium hot pan and pour egg mixture on it.

  4. Spread the mixture over the pan and cook till it is almost half done.

  5. When omelet is half done take the bread pieces and put them on the omelet.

  6. Let it cook for couple of minutes and check the other side with the help of spatula. If it is brown and cooked turn it over and cook from this side.

  7. Gently press the bread and cook till omelet is brown from both the sides.

  8. Once omelet is nice brown from both the sides it is ready then Spread green chutney and onion masala on bread top

Place some cheese

  1. Fold them over

  2. ready
