Ingredients
Eggs 6
Sugar ¼ kg
Unsweetened Khoya 1/4kg
Almond paste ¼ cup
Ghee 100 gram
Saffron ¼ tsp
Cooking Directions
Beat egg whites and sugar. for a minute till its fluffy
Now add khoya ,saffron ,ghee and almond paste
cook this mixture continuously till the mixture thickens.
Pour this mixture in a greased oven proof dish.
Spread almond sliced on top and bake on 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
