Ande ki mithai

Ingredients

  • Eggs 6

  • Sugar ¼ kg

  • Unsweetened Khoya 1/4kg

  • Almond paste ¼ cup

  • Ghee 100 gram

  • Saffron ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat egg whites and sugar. for a minute till its fluffy

  2. Now add khoya ,saffron ,ghee and almond paste

  3. cook this mixture continuously till the mixture thickens.

  4. Pour this mixture in a greased oven proof dish.

  5. Spread almond sliced on top and bake on 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
